Just a quick note here....
More and more large farms and now corporate farms are producing organic.
Please remember to shop directly with the organic farms that you like. Try to buy much of your produce at local farmers markets and at Co Ops. This gets your money directly into the farmers hands and it helps to maxamize his profits. If you buy your goods through large chains you have to consider that they may not be buying from your small local farmers and that at some point the small farms may go out of business.
I know you know this and most of you do a great job on your buying and trying to keep a direct connection to your farmer friends. I just had to say it again.
Thanks
Gary
